Required Disclosures for Therapists Receiving CEUs

This course meets the qualifications for ___hours of continuing education credit for LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and/or LEPs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Students may request a refund for the portion tuition for any class hours not attended. Refund requests must be made in writing. A refund form will be provided at the first class meeting.

Course titles, objectives, goals, and course schedules are listed on the HCH website under the appropriate course category.

All HCH courses are appropriate for licensed and non-licensed practitioners.

The instructor's name and credentials, including relevant professional degrees and discipline, current professional position, and expertise in program content is listed on the HCH Institute web site on the Staff page.

Certificates of Completion will be awarded at the end of the last class for each course.

Any grievances may be addressed directly with the course instructor and then the Director if the grievance is unresolved. Students may address any grievance either verbally or in writing.
